Program Description

The 4-hour course will serve as an introduction and will highlight WSG’s 3-day, Executive Protection Firearms Training Program that is based largely on the established and tested methodologies used by the United States Secret Service.

Prerequisite

Attended and completed the Wynn Solutions Group, Executive Protection Workshop
Students must possess a valid driver's license or state identification
Possess a legal firearm
Must understand and possess a foundation in safe weapons handling and basic marksmanship fundamentals

Fundamentals of marksmanship
Protective firearms techniques
Protective security formations and tactics
Drawing from concealment
One-handed shooting techniques and control
Balancing speed and accuracy
Attack on Principal drills
AIC | VIP drills
Threat identification and mitigation
Weapon selection and equipment for the executive protection agent

Required Training Equipment

Handgun (semi-auto)
2-3 Magazine
Magazine pouch
Strong-side hip holster (must cover trigger guard)
Sturdy belt
Hat with a brim (recommended)
Eye and ear protection
Attire:
- Khakis/BDU pants, jeans
- Polo style shirt
- Vest or jacket to cover protective security equipment and weapon
