Chuck joins Wynn Solutions Group as a seasoned law enforcement professional and military veteran with over 27 years of diverse experience in law enforcement, criminal investigations, and military service. His extensive training in firearms, tactics, and emergency response has shaped a distinguished career marked by operational excellence and leadership.

As a supervisory officer with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Chuck led specialized teams tackling complex issues such as financial crimes, drug trafficking, and national security threats. His operational expertise encompasses high-risk missions domestically and internationally. During his tenure at the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE, he established strong partnerships with UAE law enforcement agencies to enhance initiatives to combat transnational crime and to promote the formal exchange of law enforcement information and effective collaboration through established agreements.

While in Abu Dhabi, Chuck successfully coordinated a comprehensive three-week “Advanced Firearms and Dignitary Protection” training program. This initiative involved collaboration with the HSI Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs and the Embassy Regional Security Office, designed to elevate the skills of UAE law enforcement counterparts. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in augmenting U.S. Secret Service protective operations for high-profile dignitaries within the UAE, ensuring their safety during official visits.

Chuck’s background includes significant roles within DHS, including assignment to Washington D.C., where he coordinated investigations and operations for regional southwest border offices and foreign Attaché offices; Southern California, where he served in a leadership role for the Joint Task Force – West, led the investigations of complex drug smuggling cases, and executed high-risk warrant operations; and Northern California where he conducted a broad array of criminal investigations and worked as a member of the firearms instructor training cadre. Chuck has provided essential firearms, tactical, and emergency response training to military and law enforcement personnel throughout his career, equipping them with the skills necessary to respond effectively in dynamic environments.

 

​Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (Government & Business) from Liberty University. He has also completed several distinguished leadership programs, including the renowned Johns Hopkins Leadership Staff Ride at Gettysburg. With his extensive experience, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills, Chuck is an invaluable asset to the Wynn Solutions Group, where he plays a key role in enhancing security and operational effectiveness.
